whitewater guide Hilary Nangle specializes in soft adventure, arts, all-things
Maine, eastern Canada, the Caribbean (those Maine winters are long) and, thanks
to two years as managing editor for Gourmet News, food. Her markets range
alphabetically from AARP to Yankee, topically from Art &
Antiques to National Geographic
Adventure. She’s authored three
guidebooks, Moon Coastal Maine, Moon Acadia National Park, and
Moon Maine (spring 2008).
Award: Hilary Nangle won the 2003 Harold S. Hirsch award for Excellence in Snowsports Journalism for magazines.
